Who we are
gotowedding is a website and client gallery platform for wedding photographers. This page explains what we do with the details you send when you create an account on gotowedding.io, and when you pay for your plan.
What we collect
Your name, studio name, website address, email and WhatsApp number.
When you agreed and your IP address at that moment, as a record of your consent.
The page you came from and any campaign details in the link (such as utm_source), so we know how people find us.
When you pay: the plan, the amount and the transaction number. Card details are entered at Paymob, our payment provider, and never reach us.
Why
To create your account and run your website, contact you about your plan, and keep sign-ups free of spam. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the gotowedding team. Your details are stored on our server, emails go out through our email provider, and payments are made at Paymob.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your details and photos, except the invoices we have to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at the address below and we will reply.
Cookies
The home page sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The studio uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
Photographers’ websites
Each photographer’s website has its own privacy policy for the details couples send through its booking form.
